Sunflower Seeds Salted
The sunflower seeds measure around 10-15 mm long and 4 mm broad. Their shape is cylindrical and very similar to a drop. One seed consists of a hard hull (pericarp) and a kernel, which is the edible part. These large sunflower seeds are roasted along with their shells, then lightly salted. They make a traditional snack in many countries and are free from MSG or any other artificial additives.
