Oyster Mushrooms 250g
Oyster mushrooms have three distinct parts: a fleshy shell, a short or long lateral or central stalk and long ridges underneath the pileus. In order to cook oyster mushrooms, you can heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium high heat. Then, spread the mushrooms out in an even layer and let them cook for around 5 minutes until they start to brown.
