Flat Peaches
Flat peaches have a fuzzy skin that ranges in color from pale yellow to pinkish-red, and their flesh is sweet and juicy with a slightly floral flavor.
They are usually in season from late spring to early fall and are popular in Asian cuisine, especially in China where they originated from, as well as in Mediterranean regions and in the United States.
Flat peaches are often eaten fresh, but can also be used in desserts, jams, and sauces.
